The Cebu Normal UniversityโLearning Resource Center (LRC) conducted a series of orientation sessions in August 2026, introducing students to the University’s library resources, services, facilities, and digital information tools in support of learning and academic success.
Undergraduate Students attended the orientation on August 14, while Graduate Students participated on August 15, with both sessions facilitated by Ms. Marjorie Hermosora, RL, MLIS, Supervisor of the Learning Resource Center.
The College of Medicine (COM) attended its orientation on August 5, while the College of Teacher Education (CTE) Graduate School participated on August 22, with both sessions facilitated by Ms. Francheska Vonne Gali, RL, Graduate School Librarian.
Also on August 22, the College of Law (COL) attended its orientation session led by Mr. Mark Francis Onde, Law Librarian.
The orientations featured the Learning Resource Center’s print and electronic collections, online databases, borrowing services, learning spaces, and information literacy initiatives, encouraging students to maximize the library’s resources and services throughout their academic journey.
