The Cebu Normal University-Learning Resource Center joins the nationwide celebration of the 31st Library and Information Services (LIS) Month and 87th National Book Week (NBW) happening this November 2021. This year’s LIS Month theme is “Libraries Building ROADS: Readers. Opportunities. Advocacies. Development. Sustainability” while the NBW theme is “OUTCOMES. OUTREACH. OUTSTANDING: Libraries Beyond Boundaries.”
