The iCARE: Adopt-a-Student Project
Recognizing the need of the members of the CNU Community allows the iCARE program to continuously expand. Today, we add a new service to the iCARE program, the iCARE Adopt-a-Student.
The iCARE: Adopt-a-Student project caters to CNU students who have been STRANDED in Cebu during the implementation of the Extended Community Quarantine (ECQ) in order to have a direct link with students to address their immediate concerns and undertake initiatives to provide assistance so that they may be able to meet the challenges brought about by the current health crisis. This program is under the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) in coordination with the Supreme Student Council (SSC).
Faculty, staff, and concerned citizens adopt (a) student(s) and extend assistance IN CASH or IN KIND whichever is safer and more convenient for both parties.
Potential donors are requested to directly contact the OSA through mobile no. 09291186845 (Keren), 09422789009 (Malou) for referral of potential student/s to adopt.
The sponsor will choose one or more students nearest his/her location and contact them to make arrangements on how to provide the assistance.
The assistance provided should be given directly to the adopted students.
