Here is the UNIFIED ENROLLMENT PROCESS for all colleges: College of Teacher Education, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Nursing
STEP 1: EVALUATION
*Prepare all the necessary requirements such as Clearance, Prospectus with 2×2 picture and Grades.
*College of Teacher Education (CTE) students please proceed to ILS Stage for screening of requirements.
*College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) students please proceed to TAC Ground Floor for screening of requirements.
*College of Nursing (CN) students please proceed to TAC Ground Floor for screening of requirements.
STEP 2: PRINTING OF ASSESSMENT/TAGGING OF SCHOLARSHIP
*For Scholars: Please proceed to OSA to be tagged and for printing of study loads.
*For Regular Students:
- College of Teacher Education (CTE) students please proceed to ILS Stage for printing of assessment form reflecting Php 0.00
- *College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) students please proceed to TAC Ground Floor for printing of assessment form reflecting Php 0.00
- *College of Nursing (CN) students please proceed to TAC Ground Floor for printing of assessment form reflecting Php 0.00 STEP 3: PRINTING OF STUDYLOAD (For all students)
- *Venue is still at TAC Ground Floor. After printing of assessment form, there will be another line designated for printing of study loads. CONGRATULATIONS! After completing the
3 STEPS, You are now ENROLLED. Please be reminded that officers will be there to assist you during your enrollment process. Never hesitate to ask questions to be guided thoroughly. Rest assured that we will cater all your concerns. ☺ Furthermore, there will be NO COLLECTION of INTERNSHIP FEES. Note: VENUES may change without prior notice.
